SJ-Recon is Skyjacks division responsible for completely reconditioning Skyjacks Electric Scissors and Rough Terrain in addition to various boom lift models and Skyjack OEMs.
Reconditioning Process
Each machine has been thoroughly checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed prior to disassembly. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools needed to complete a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Every Skyjack machinery put back together according to OEM standards and certain parts are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: filters and hoses, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Moreover, each unit receives new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers offers an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These models provide a ninety seven inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
